NEW ORLEANS -- A 16-year-old has been arrested in connection to a double homicide on St. Claude Avenue.
According to NOPD, a man and woman were fatally shot near the intersection of St. Claude Avenue and St. Claude Court around 5 p.m. on Monday.
The man and woman were found inside a car, both suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Both were treated by EMS but were pronounced dead at the scene, police say.
The teen was located on Tuesday in the 6800 block of Tara Lane and arrested on two counts of second-degree murder.
