NEW ORLEANS — Five women are wanted after they allegedly attacked another woman with a box cutter at a New Orleans East gas station over the weekend.
According to the New Orleans Police Department, the cutting happened around 11:58 a.m. on March 9 in the 5800 block of Chef Menteur Highway.
Police say the five women followed another woman to a gas station where they allegedly sprayed her with mace and cut her face with a box cutter.
The NOPD says Sharlinda Hayes, Robertnisha Hayes, Shalinda Hayes and Rajohna Moore are wanted for simple battery. Shadashar Hayes is wanted for aggravated battery.
They were seen driving in a black Audi SUV with the Louisiana license plate 527CYB and a white Nissan Versa with the Louisiana license plate 310BC4.
Anyone with information about the suspects' whereabouts is asked to contact NOPD detectives at 504-658-6070. Residents can also report information anonymously to Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111.
